Dr. Gregory Chotkowski, DMD is one of the founders of StemSave and is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Chotkowski is currently the Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and is also the Program Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Chotkowski is a graduate of Boston College and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DMD degree. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cornell University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has authored several authoritative articles on maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction and has lectured both nationally and internationally. Dr. Chotkowski is a founder and director of the Dental Stem Cell Regenerative Institute (DSCRI), an ADA CERP CE provider. As the parent of a son afflicted with an as yet incurable form of Muscular Dystrophy, he has a profound understanding of stem cells and a passion for the promise of regenerative medical therapies. |

Arthur E. Greco, CEO and Treasurer is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where he received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Prior to joining StemSave, he was the founder of Arthur E. Greco LLC, providing consulting to the financial services industry for over ten years. Mr. Greco has consulted for numerous asset management firms to design and implement operating efficiencies and has advised in the start-up phases of several asset management and asset management related enterprises with a focus on systems and processes. |

Paolo Grassi, LL.M., ESQ. is an attorney in private practice specializing in start-up business ventures and cross-border transactions. An accomplished insurance executive and corporate counsel with over 25 years in the global financial services industry, he possesses both a practical and abstract understanding of the complexities of operating within diverse legal systems, political milieus and regulatory agencies and bringing successful cross-border businesses to fruition. His strong background in M&A negotiations and licensing businesses around the world provides StemSave with an invaluable resource as it evolves to the next stage of its development and expands its business reach from both a geographic, as well as, sectorial perspective. During his 30 year career, he has served as a director or officer in over 50 companies and transacted business in close to 100 countries across 6 continents. He also serves as a Trustee of Franklin University Switzerland. |

Dr. Ralph Green, DDS, MBA has enjoyed an extensive and distinguished career in dentistry and business. Dr. Green received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa and his MBA from Boston University. In addition to establishing a private dental practice, Dr. Green was a faculty member of Tufts University’s Dental School as well as the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and currently serves as a trustee of The Forsyth Institute in Boston, MA. Dr. Green has conducted extensive research in the areas of bone growth, Implants, resins, tissue engineering and oncology. As a result of his research Dr. Green has developed and holds several patents and has successfully stewarded several devices through the FDA registration process.
In addition to his extensive experience in dentistry and research, Dr. Green has a long and successful career in business. In addition to maintaining an active private practice; Ralph Green DDS PC, Dr. Green is also the Vice President of Clinical Affairs for Reachout Healthcare America (RHA) providing healthcare services to the brave men and women serving in our country’s armed forces and serving underserved communities in twenty one states.
Prior to RHA, Dr. Green has been directly involved in numerous start up and early phase companies. Most prominently, Dr. Green was the founder of Nobel USA, the largest dental Implant company in the world today. Dr. Green invented and patented several advancements to implant technology and founded Technology Corporation of America which he later sold and is now part of BIOGEN. More recently Dr. Green served as President of ZILA Pharmaceuticals, a division of ZILA Inc., a publicly traded company in the cancer diagnostic arena where in addition to the USA; Dr. Green successfully registered and launched the products in the United States, Europe, China and numerous other Asian countries. Dr. Green has served as the President-Elect of the Dental Manufacturers of America, the largest organization of dental industry companies. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association for Dental Research and the International Associations for Dental Research. He served on the Board of the Oral Health of America and presently has been one of the founders of the Arizona School for Oral Health. |

S. Christopher Theodoros has been an innovative leader in the Interactive world for sixteen years. As a Director with Google, Inc. beginning in 2002, he was instrumental in launching and building Google~s national advertising agency channel where he developed and implemented successful leadership, processes, policy, training and account management infrastructures. Chris~ responsibilities also included the management of Google~s Industry Relations initiatives to ensure consistent focus, education, leadership, and communication at scale with key advertising and regulatory organizations such as the ANA, AAAA, DMA, TvB, CAB, IAA, AAF and The Ad Council. Prior to Google, Chris played a critical role in building DoubleClick, the first Interactive Advertising Network. Joining as the eighth employee of DoubleClick in 1995, Chris proved consistently innovative, delivering new advertising models and programs to employees and customers globally while serving as a Vice President, while based in New York, London and Sydney. DoubleClick was eventually acquired by Google for over $3.1 Billion. Prior to DoubleClick, Chris was VP at Katz Communications (now a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications) where he helped create Katz Television, Cable and Radio~s first Internet strategy in 1994.

Brian C. McKee Henderson is senior advisor to the Chairman of Espirito Santo Financial Group, S.A., based in New York. Prior to joining Group Espirito Santo, Mr. Henderson devoted over 36 years to the Financial Services industry, including 22 years at Merrill Lynch & Co. and 14 years at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Most of Mr. Henderson~s years at both Merrill Lynch and Chase were in international investment and commercial banking, with his last position at Merrill Lynch as Chairman of the Public Sector Group.
Mr. Henderson serves on the following not-for-profit boards: The Institute for the Study of Diplomacy, School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University; Harvard Project on American Indian Economic Development, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; the American Indian College Fund; National Museum of the American Indian, (Smithsonian Institution); The International Advisory Council of the Manhattan School of Music and Vice Chairman of the Atlantic Council of the United States.

Dr. Peter Vanstrom,
DDS, PC, FAGD is
owner and president of Artistic Dentistry of Atlanta, consistently ranked as

Dr. Alan A. Winter, DDS, FACD is a board-certified periodontist having received his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Winter completed his general dental residency at Bronx Municipal Hospital Center of Albert Einstein Medical School and received his periodontal certificate from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine where he was an Associate Professor in periodontics for twelve years and recently received their Distinguished Alumni Award. He received his BA from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ where he gradated with distinction majoring in history. Dr. Winter is the senior partner of Park Avenue Periodontal Associates, a prestigious Manhattan practice specializing in periodontics and implantology. He is the co-founder and CEO of i-dontics, LLC, the oldest dental teleradiology practice in the Northeast and a leading expert on 3D dental imaging. Dr. Winter is also a managing partner in Desktop Dental Systems, LLC, an innovative internet company dedicated to providing composite services and continuing education to the dental profession. Dr. Winter is a certified forensic dentist, having been trained at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology at Bethesda, MD., and has authored numerous scientific articles. A member of the national honorary society, OKU, Dr. Winter is the dental consultant for the national publication, the Bottom Line, a past-president of the Northeast Periodontal Society, and presently, an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Silvestro Iommazzo, DDS is the founder of pediatric dentistry at Willows Dental Associates in Westport Connecticut. He is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. He completed his pediatric dental residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. In 2005, Dr. Iommazzo was appointed the Associate Director of clinical operations in the Department of Dentistry, Jamaica Hospital. John P. Lupori, DDS, MD, is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Medical School. He is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in private practice, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Dr. Lupori is medical director of his JCAHO certified ambulatory surgical center. The scope of Dr. Lupori’s practice is focused on maxillofacial trauma, extraction of teeth, dental implants, regenerative bone replacement and treatment of oral disease. Throughout his professional career, Dr. Lupori has participated in numerous international cleft palate medical missions and has published articles in several scientific journals. He has a strong interest in the use of dental stem cells to further the research in finding a cure to a number of degenerative diseases. His goals are to promote the recovery of intraoral stem cells in the private practice environment and support their applications in future regenerative therapies.

Dr. Mark J. Bronsky, D.M.D., M.S. had been practicing orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics in Manhattan since September 1990. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree and Honors in Biology. Dr. Bronsky is a 1987 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he achieved the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. While in Dental School, Dr. Bronsky graduated as Salutatorian and was honored with induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Bronsky earned his Certificate in Orthodontics and Masters of Science in Endocrinology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 1989. Following residency, Dr. Bronsky spent a Fellowship Year in Europe studying and lecturing at a multitude of orthodontic programs under the auspices of Dr. William R. Proffit, DDS, PHD, Dr. Bronsky’s professor, mentor, and thesis advisor at UNC. Currently, Dr. Bronsky is a Clinical Attending and Lecturer in orthodontics at Cornell Medical College and the Mount Sinai Medical Center (New York). He frequently lectures nationally and internationally on subjects including treatment of dentofacial deformities, early treatment of children, adult orthodontics and surgical orthodontics. Portions of his master’s thesis were published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral and Journal of Endocrinology. He has earned the distinction of Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an achievement held by only a small percentage of orthodontic practitioners. Dr. Bronsky has most recently attained membership in the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists, as a group committed to lifelong education in the art and science of orthodontics. He has dedicated his practice to providing individualized treatment planning and care while rendering treatment to the highest academic standards. Dr. Bronsky brings his strong basic science background and clinical expertise to the dental advisory council at Stem Save.

Amy Peck, RN, graduated in 1999 from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, with a Bachelor~s Degree in Nursing Science. She spent the first five years of her career in a traditional hospital setting as both a floor and surgical/recovery nurse. In 2004, Amy was engaged to develop, accredit, staff and manage an office-based surgery center for Dr. John Lupori, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This JCAHO-accredited facility serves Dr. Lupori~s practice as well as that of an additional plastic surgeon. It remains the first and only office-based surgery center in Northwest Colorado. Amy oversees the day-to-day operations and clinical management of the facility. She became interested in stem cell research when a family member was diagnosed with a fatal neurological disease.

Dr. Jeremy J. Mao, DDS, Ph.D is an Oral Surgeon and research scientist. He is the Director of the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Laboratory(TERML) at Columbia University, as well as a Professor of Dental Medicine and Zegarelli Endowed Chair at the University. Dr. Mao is also a Director of the Center for Craniofacial Regeneration.
Dr. Mao has published over 300 scientific papers, book chapters, conference proceedings and other articles in the areas of tissue engineering, stem cells and regenerative medicine.
He also serves on the editorial boards of several scientific journals, and as a consultant for the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation and dozens of other private and international grant agencies.
Dr. Mao's laboratory at Columbia University holds dozens of patents in the areas of stem cell biology, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Dr. Mao has given over 340 plenary, keynote, endowed and invited lectures in the fields of stem cell biology and tissue engineering.

Gordana Vunjak-Novakovic, PhD is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University, Director of the Laboratory for Stem Cells and Tissue Engineering, and of the Stem Cell Imaging Core. She co-directs the NIH Tissue Engineering Resource Center and Columbia’s Center for Craniofacial Regeneration.
The focus of her research is on engineering functional human tissues using stem cells, biomaterials and bioreactors, for application in regenerative medicine, stem cell research, and the study of tissue development and disease.
She published 2 books, 50 book chapters, and 230 peer-reviewed articles that were cited over 8,000 times. She has 40 patents. Gordana has served as a Distinguished Editor for NIH, scientific advisor for the HHMI, on the Continental Chapter Council of the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society, as the chair of the Biomaterials and Biointerfaces study section, and on editorial boards of 10 journals.
In 2002, she was elected a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. In 2007, she gave the Director’ lecture at the NIH; the first woman engineer to receive this distinction. In 2008, she was inducted into the Women in Technology International Hall of Fame “for developing biological substitutes to restore, maintain or improve tissue function”. In 2010, she received the Clemson Award of the Biomaterials Society “for significant contributions to the literature on biomaterials”.

David A. Matzilevich, MD, is a leading stem cell researcher whose work focuses on stem cell based therapeutic approaches. Prior to dedicating himself to stem cell research, Dr. Matzilevich was a faculty member at McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School. His work there involved identification of molecular endophrenotypes and suseptibility genes involved in the pathogensis of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder.
Dr. Matzilevich received his MD, PhD from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, UK. Following his studies in London, Dr. Matzilevich received a fellowship in the Department of Pathology at Tufts Medical School in Boston and went on to the University of Texas Medical Center at Houston in the Department of Neuroscience and the Keck Center for Neurology and Neurosurgery where he worked on the use of adult stem cells for the treatment of neurological disorders. Dr. Matzilevich is currently involved in several clinical trials using adult stem cells for treating neurological disorders. Dr. Matzilevich lectures extensively on stem cells, holds several patents and has published over 30 peer reviewed articles and papers. George T.-J. Huang, DDS, MSD, DSc is the Director of Stem Cells and Regenerative Therapies and Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry,
Department of Bioscience Research. Prior to his Directorship, Dr. Huang was the Chair and Herbert Schilder Professor in Endodontics and Director, Postgraduate Program in Endodontics of Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Huang has published more than 100 research articles, review articles, book chapters and abstracts including papers in Stem Cells and Development, Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine, Infection and Immunity, Human Gene Therapy,
Journal of Dental Research and Journal of Endodontics; book chapter in Principles of Regenerative Medicine, etc. His research has been funded by various sources including NIH and AAE Foundation. His current research interest is in the area of stem cells
and regenerative medicine with particular emphasis on the generation and characterization of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells from dental stem cells, which may prove to be an indefinite cell source for tissue regeneration, and stem cell-based dental
tissue regeneration utilizing adult stem cells and tissue engineering methods to regenerate lost tooth structure. The focus is on characterizing dental stem cells including dental pulp stem cell (DPSCs), stem cells from apical papilla (SCAP),
stem cells from human exfoliated teeth (SHED), and periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) and utilizing these stem/progenitor cells to regenerate dental tissues including dental pulp, dentin, cementum and periodontal ligament. |
